Public Hearing Notices – June 11, 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Havelock Board of Commissioners will hold three (3) Public Hearings in the Havelock City Hall Auditorium, located at 1 Governmental Avenue, Havelock, NC on Monday, June 11, 2018, with the first beginning at 7:05 p.m., or as soon as the matter can be reached, and the remaining following immediately thereafter. The purpose of the hearings is to receive public comments on:

(1) Proposed Budget for FY 2018-19. In addition, the proposed budget is available for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk, located at 1 Governmental Ave., Havelock, NC from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., weekdays.

(2) Proposed System Development Fee Analysis as prepared by Raftelis Consulting; and

(3) Proposed Text Amendment to Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) Table 154-5 Permitted Uses and Required Noise Level Reduction by Noise Contour Zones for SLUCM #6800 Educational Services.
