Notice is hereby given that the Havelock Board of Commissioners will hold a Public/Legislative Hearing at Havelock City Hall, located at 1 Governmental Avenue, Havelock, NC on Monday, October 25, 2021 beginning at 7:05 p.m., or as soon as the matter can be reached. The purpose of the hearing is to consider rezoning a portion of Tax Parcel ID 6-207-12000 (165.05 acres) from Residential Agricultural (RA) to Highway Commercial (HC). The property is further identified as follows:
- ECJ Tarheel Investments, Inc., 6701 US 70 East, New Bern, Tax Parcel ID #6-207-12000 from RA to HC
