Welcome to the Customer Service Department. We pride ourselves on helping our citizens get ‘connected’ with city services. Our department takes care of water and sewer utilities as well as curb-side trash pick-up and managing customer payments. If you are new to Havelock, we offer online forms to help get you started, but if you need more personal assistance, you can always call or come see us at our office.
Utility payments may be processed online using our Citizen Self-Service website. You can get to that from the home page under the ‘I’d Like To‘ section.
