The City Clerk serves as custodian of all minute books, ordinance books, resolutions and proclamations, contracts, annexation petitions and other permanent records. The Clerk attends all proceedings of the Board of Commissioners and takes and prepares full and accurate minutes for the board’s approval. In addition, the Clerk gives notice of board meetings, prepares the board agenda and compiles the agenda package for meetings of the board, prepares legal notices, and keeps the City’s Code of Ordinances up to date and codified.

Massage Facility/Individual Masseur License --Upon approval by the Board of Commissioners.
